I love to help clients find the home that not only fits their wants and needs, but also, THE place that makes their eyes light up and feels like “home”! Blessed with being married to A. Gordon Clark for 25+ wonderful years, we have made Dumas our home for over 24 of those years. Gordon serves as our designated Broker for Ad Rem Land Co. while I am the Managing Assoc. Broker. Ad Rem is THE premier real estate company in Dumas & Moore County. We “lead the pack” in both listings and sales! This commitment has earned me not only the coveted CRS(Council of Residential Specialists) designation which is earned through educational AND rigid real estate production requirements, but also the e-PRO (technology), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative)designations as well as the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) certification. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Finance degree with an emphasis in Real Estate and then attended TTU’s School of Banking. Following my graduation, I worked in the real estate mortgage industry as a mortgage loan officer, underwriter (including for FHA), and a branch manager. This work in the mortgage industry has truly been invaluable to my business as a Realtor. It has given me a huge advantage when it comes to helping my clientele locate great lenders/financing and in guiding them through the whole buying/selling process from beginning to end! I have extensive experience with relocation companies, as well as in the area of new home construction.

Jayme Clark
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University. I received my Real Estate License 2009 and my Brokers License in 2012. It is my passion to personally serve my clients with the utmost professionalism and guide them through the home buying/selling process to insure that it goes as smoothly as possible. As a REALTOR®, I invest much of my time seeking ways to add value to the experience and expertise I provide my seller and buyer clients. To help in providing that to my clients I currently hold the following designations: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), ePRO (technology/marketing online), GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist). Furthermore, I earned my degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University where I learned many ways to market, promote and communicate to the public/target audience various opportunities.  This is a key element in the services that I provide to sellers and buyers. I specialize in existing home sales, new construction, commercial and land transactions. I also specialize in first-time homebuyer transactions and repeat buyer transactions. The REALTOR® that you select to work for you during the selling or buying process should present you, the client, with a well designed strategy of the steps in the process and assist you every step of the way.

We are not satisfied until our clients are; so our tagline/motto is, “Putting the HAPPY back in HOME!” Although, I was born and raised in South Texas in the San Antonio area, I call the Texas Panhandle my home. I feel blessed that I get to live and work in the Dumas area daily. It is a growing area that still stays true to family-values and sees the benefits of community.
